T. J. Roberts is a protege of Gus Van Sant, and the star of Saban’s Masked Rider.   This picture was also taken at "Hugo’s" as T.J. was sitting right next to Gus at the time.

Update: February 2002 - Since this picture was taken T.J. has grown Skeet Ulrich-style chin whiskers.

Update: October 2002 - the ''Skeet Ulrich'' is gone.
